MSL Logistics, a supplier of pharmaceuticals’ logistics services, has expanded its leased space within CTPark Chitila by 6,660 sqm. 

According to the new forecast presented by WIFO, the Austrian partner of the Euroconstruct network, construction in the Euroconstruct area is set to register a 3.8% growth this year. Yet, Hungary still awaits negative growth rates this year, although the drop in 2021 is foreseen to be lower than last year.

The data centre market in Poland is worth over PLN 2 billion, according to a PMR report. The number of local companies that are deciding to outsource IT services and implement cloud solutions is growing. This trend means that international technology giants and companies from the CEE region are looking to establish a presence in Poland. Budimex SA has signed the final sales agreement of Budimex Nieruchomości. Therefore, the private equity investment firm Cornerstone Partners and Czech development group Crestyl took over the entire shareholding of the company.  This is the biggest acquisition in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The next stage is changing the name of the company - Budimex Nieruchomości is now Spravia.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland is set to open another order fulfilment centre at Prologis Park Poznań III. The new BTS, totaling more than 48,000 square meters at Prologis Park Poznań III, will join the company’s other Prologis facilities with a total combined area of over 77,000 square meters at Prologis Park Błonie and Prologis Park Stryków II.

Real estate developer Geometrik Build will invest €20 million in its first large-scale residential project located in southern Constanța.

Property Forum reported less than a month ago that the BC 140 office building in Budapest's Váci út was being sold. At that time, the new owner apparently would have been Chinese-owned Resolution Property but the latest developments indicate that the company that actually acquired the building in Portugal's Fidelidade. Although the two companies are rather far from each other at first glance, they are actually part of the same Chinese holding.
