As of September 2021, Colliers is responsible for the property and facility management services of Green Court Office, a new, Class A office development by Codic, located on Dózsa György út.

“We are proud and happy for the new mandate, and excited to work on such a remarkable property. With our on-site team, we will provide the 20,200 sqm area with the highest quality management, with tailored services. With this instruction, Colliers is now managing over 220,000 sqm property in Hungary,” said Katalin Honi, Head of Property and Facility Management at Colliers Hungary.

Colliers previously had multiple successful transactions with Green Court Office. In early 2020 during a co-agency mandate, the real estate consultancy successfully leased 11 300 sqm office space for a multinational, market leader company in alcoholic beverages, and in 2021 they advised Vagheggi, Italy’s leading professional phytocosmetics brand in a 300 sqm showroom and flagship store leasing transaction.

“We are happy that Colliers will manage our complex buildings and shared internal courtyard with the residential condominiums as Property and Facility Manager. We are confident that working with the dedicated team of Colliers will meet the needs of our prime tenants,” said Pál Szilvási, Project Manager of Codic Hungary

Green Court is a mixed-use project, located on Dózsa György Road, in an area well equipped with public transport connections. The project incorporates Green Court Office, a 20,200 sqm GLA office building, and Green Court Residences, two residential buildings with 275 apartments.

Green Court Office is a prime Class A+ office complex offering large and efficient floor plates of 1,300 sqm, each with access to private terraces overlooking the spacious garden. DPi Design is the architect of this nearly-zero-energy, sustainable building designed to become BREEAM Excellent certified.
