7R has built a BTS format warehouse in Goleniów for FIEGE, a European logistics operator. From the end of March FIEGE runs in Goleniów an international distribution centre, on an area of nearly 62,500 sqm, for a well-known global e-commerce giant.

Hungarian company CE LAND and NAI Global of the US are forming a strategic alliance. The two companies will operate jointly in the real estate market under the new brand name NAI CELand.

Developer J&T Real Estate CZ will build a new business zone with a city park in Hradec Králové near the D11 motorway. Thirty shops and a hobby market will be located in an area of more than 40 hectares. The total investment in the project will be around CZK 3 billion.

Nearly 100 more apartments for young people are being built in Bratislava's Ružinov district as part of the NUPPU project. The YIT Slovakia development group continues the project's construction with the next stage, Magnolia 2, the company confirmed to Property Forum today. 

Panattoni is developing another complex in the Kraków region – Panattoni Park Kraków North, with an area of ​​55,000 sqm. The first tenant has already been secured for the park: Trivium Packaging – a global manufacturer of metal packaging, which will transfer its existing chemical packaging operations to its new ​​21,000 sqm premises at the beginning of 2023. For Croatia, as for other EECFA countries, the Russian invasion of Ukraine has been both a supply shock and a demand shock. And many of the elements of these shocks are the same for Croatia as for other EECFA countries. On the supply side, energy costs are rising as are the costs of construction materials and of construction finance. Supply chains and labour markets have also been disrupted. On the demand side, inflation has cut into consumers’ real disposable income, consumer confidence has been shaken as a result and finance for real estate purchases has become more expensive, says Michael Glazer, SEE Regional Advisor at EECFA Croatia.
