There is a new modern industrial & logistic warehouse with 5,000 sqm of space in Hradec Králové which is already leased by the logistic company Geis. The building has been completed by developer CTP as their first warehouse in CTPark Hradec Králové. With the cooperation of the city, the developer has also built a new traffic light-controlled intersection nearby and now also plans to finish a second, larger warehouse in the park in the 2023 spring, the company announced.

Panattoni is developing a factory for Reynaers Aluminium near Warsaw. The global leader in the aluminium market is to make use of a centre of almost 29,000 sqm, which will be one of the company’s largest production facilities in Europe. The development is to be submitted for BREEAM certification for a rating of ‘Excellent’.

The Czech logistics and industrial real estate markets are reporting new record numbers for the first half of 2022, and the records are certainly not over. Shopping centres and retail parks are also enjoying success, and many new spaces in this segment are expected to be completed in the next two years. Last but not least, the office market has also been doing well with almost 50,000 sqm of office space opened and half of it already pre-leased, while another almost 30,000 sqm will be completed this year, according to an analysis by CBRE experts.

Polish retail developer Scallier has completed four retail parks in Romania to date, after the opening of a new project spanning 9,000 sqm in Turda in late September. 

The total stock of retail park spaces in Romania will exceed the supply of commercial spaces located in shopping malls if the current investment activity continues, according to a report by real estate consultancy Fortim Trusted Advisors, member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance. 

Liebrecht & wooD has started preparations for its latest project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district. Drucianka Campus will be developed as part of the revitalization of Drucianka (the Warsaw Wire, Pin and Nail Factory), which will be a large-scale mixed-use complex, offering 42,000 sqm of office space and more than 7,500 sqm of additional space for retail, services and events.
