Construction of homes in stage II of the Neo Natolin development is progressing well. DTM, selected by Real Management as the main contractor, has completed the foundation slabs and is currently erecting the first walls of the buildings. The investor plans to hand over keys to new owners in spring 2027.

Neo Natolin is a residential development of semi-detached single-family homes located in Warsaw on ul. Stefana Korbońskiego. The project features modern architecture and design solutions that ensure privacy and amenities for families. The estate includes recreational areas with landscaped green squares, a water feature and playgrounds.

Once completed, the project will comprise 250 homes with full infrastructure. Following the completion and sale of all 84 homes delivered in stage I in July 2024, Real Management launched further stages. The company decided to deliver an additional 26 and 32 homes as part of stage II, with DTM appointed as the general contractor.

"We are pleased that our development is progressing dynamically. We work with reliable partners, first and foremost DTM, which is implementing objectives with ambition and consistency while maintaining high standards," says Marcin Malka, CEO of Real Management. "In addition to residential buildings, we will provide complete road infrastructure and will soon begin works to create additional recreational areas for Neo Natolin residents and the local community."

The new part of the estate will feature less dense development, allowing residents to enjoy larger private gardens. The stage II homes will be offered in two facade colour schemes: light and anthracite. They will feature large glazing, spacious interiors with ceiling heights of 3.2 metres on the ground floor and 3 metres on the upper floor, plus garages accommodating two cars. The homes will be available in six size variants, ranging from 190 to 258 sqm.
