Skanska is in talks with Israeli group Shikun & Binui and another unidentified potential buyer to sell its Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings that are still under construction in western Bucharest, economica.net reported. The value of this deal is estimated at around €100 million.

Peakside Capital has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a recently purchased mixed-use property in Brno. The building has been rebranded to Centrum Vídeňská and has been given a new logo. The renovation mainly focused on improving the quality of the common areas.

The aggregate net profit of the 30 largest commercial property developers in Poland hit an all-time high of €230 million (PLN 985 million)  in 2018, which translated into a net profit margin of 25%. Hungarian investors Indotek Group plans to buy the 5-star Sofitel hotel in the centre of Budapest, according to hvg.hu. The transaction still requires the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority.
