Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) have extended the existing investment facility for Diuna Office Park located in Warsaw, Poland, on behalf of PineBridge Benson Elliot.

Diuna is a PineBridge Benson Elliot investment with Syrena Real Estate acting as asset and property manager. Formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, the Diuna site has undergone a wide transformation supported by pbb.

We are very proud to support them once more in the CEE market with this green office financing. Poland is an important market for pbb, and we are looking forward to other transactions with PineBridge Benson Elliot across Europe.”
