CBRE has announced the appointment of Matic Kermavnar as the new Country Head Slovenia within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office. 

Generali is becoming the anchor tenant in the office complex Vilharia constructed by the Slovak developer Corwin in the heart of Ljubljana. 

The construction industry in SEE-based countries is in the recovery phase and could reach a new peak by 2026, while some countries in Eastern Europe have cooling activity in this sector, according to a report by the Eastern European Construction Forecasting Association (EECFA).

On behalf of Generali Adriatic Value Fund, SIF, Peakside Capital and Generali Investments Slovenia have sold the Austria Trend hotel located in the capital of Slovenia. The buyer is Serbian company Agromarket d.o.o., Kragujevac.

The property map of ZDR Investments funds has expanded this year, thanks to acquiring three retail parks in the towns of Prevalje, Ravne, and Slovenj Gradec in the northern part of Slovenia.

The details of development financing of the new office complex by Corwin in Ljubljana have been revealed. The developer has succeeded in securing a €75.6 million loan for Vilharia, arranged by Erste Group, with Banka Sparkasse d. d., Slovenia and EXIMBANKA SR as participating lenders.

Mendota Invest, OTP Group's subsidiary has received a final building permit for a mixed-use complex at the heart of the Slovenian capital. Construction work will begin in March. The estimated value of the entire investment is more than €350 million. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Developer Corwin has finished the residential complex Kvartet in Ljubljana. The first foreign project of a Slovak developer in Slovenia has obtained a valid building use approval and is almost completely sold out.

Corwin has announced the completion of its first residential complex in Ljubljana, which is also the company’s first investment in Slovenia. After the completion of 236 apartments, Corwin revealed plans for the development of another 1,600 apartments in the same city in the next decade.
