Generali Investments, in partnership with Peakside Capital, has closed the Generali Adriatic Value Fund I (Generali AVF I) following the sale of the Arkadia shopping centre in Domžale. The fund has completed its investment cycle, including the distribution of proceeds to investors and the commencement of its formal closure.

Mendota Invest, member of the OTP Group and investor behind the Emonika development in Ljubljana, has signed a contract with Strabag for the execution of the southern section of the project. The southern part of Emonika with a contract value of €134 million will feature a 100-metre-high office tower, a shopping centre, a hotel and four levels of underground parking.

ZDR Investments has completed an acquisition in Logatec, Slovenia, marking the ZDR Industrial fund's entry into a new market and pushing its portfolio value beyond €40 million. The newly completed LOGspot Logatec logistics park meets modern sustainability standards and sits 25 kilometres from Ljubljana and 75 kilometres from the port city of Koper, with direct highway access.

Vilharia, the office building in Ljubljana, developed by the Slovak development company Corwin, has announced two new key tenants. The building has reached 75% occupancy.

HSF System, a member of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding, has completed the construction of the first warehouse hall in the LOGspot Logatec logistics complex in Slovenia. The project investor is the development company Atrios.

Generali Adriatic Value Fund has sold the Arkadia shopping centre, located in Domžale, northeast of Ljubljana, Slovenia, to SES Spar European Shopping Centers, for an undisclosed sum.

Construction of the Emonika complex in Ljubljana has entered its next phase, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by OTP Group at the project site. As Slovenia’s largest real estate development, the complex is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. Property Forum was on site to report from the ceremony.

Mendota Invest, owned by Hungarian OTP Group, has signed a lease agreement with Mogotel Hotel Group to bring Accor's TRIBE Hotels brand to the Emonika complex in Ljubljana, in a deal advised exclusively by CBRE.

BHM Renewables, a subsidiary of the BHM group, has sold two rooftop solar projects at logistics parks in Slovakia and Slovenia. Both projects have reached the "Ready to Build" stage.
