CTP has developed a new 18,000 sqm build-to-suit production facility for Schott Pharma, a supplier of pharma drug containment solutions and delivery systems, at CTPark Jagodina in Serbia.

The company will use the facility to produce high-quality glass ampoules for vaccines and other medications. This expansion marks a significant addition to Schott Pharma's global manufacturing network, which now spans 15 countries.

Petar Kolognat, Business Development Director for CTP Serbia, stated: "This partnership with Schott Pharma is another shining example of how we support leading businesses in high-tech sectors by providing them with the strategic locations and scalable facilities they need. We are with our clients at every stage of their logistics property journeys, from site selection to construction, to the day-to-day management of their facilities.”

The new facility will employ 180 people and complements the company's existing network of 10 ampoule manufacturing sites worldwide.

CTPark Jagodina is located off Serbia's A1 highway and close to major cities like Belgrade (135 km) and Niš (100 km), with direct road links to multiple EU markets.

The project spans 22.9 hectares, with 33,000 sqm already built and 88,000 sqm planned for future development.
