Hagag Development Europe has an investment budget in Romania of €100 million for this year, according to Ziarul Financiar.

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) has extended a €50 million loan to One United Tower S.A. to facilitate the development of business infrastructure in Romania. 

Courier company FAN Curier announced it will complete this year an investment of  €7 million in the logistic HUB in Cluj-Napoca after it received the final building permit this month.

Skanska has announced changes in the leadership team of its commercial development business unit in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Alexandra Tomášková stepped down from the role of EVP Operations for Hungary and the Czech Republic and is currently on a 2-month sabbatical. She is considering another role in the organization.

Nordis Group announced the completion of a building with luxury apartments in Bucharest, an investment of €8 million. 

BCR Romania is working on a project that takes into account the increased demand for telework and flexible offices in the two buildings in Bucharest where it has rented offices, which can lead to a reduction of workplaces, Economica.net informs. 

CTP is extending its Romanian team with the appointment of Gijs Klomp as the new Head of Business Development. Klomp brings extensive knowledge of the industrial real estate market in Romania, where CTP owns and manages a market-leading 1.5 million sqm portfolio. Klomp's main task in his new role will be expanding it over 2 million sqm by the end of 2021. Klomp will also work with the M&A team of CTP, who has just confirmed its target of reaching a 10 million sqm portfolio by 2023.
