Romanian real estate developer One United Properties has announced that Claudio Cisullo has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors starting May 20. He has recently become the third biggest shareholder of the developer and was Member of the Board of Directors of One United Properties since 2020. 

Austrian real estate group Immofinanz will start the refurbishment of shopping centre VIVO! Baia Mare on June 1. The works on the project located in northern Romania will cover more than 10,000 sqm, which is one third of the total surface of the centre.
