Romanian developer One United Properties has signed a deal with German semiconductors maker Infineon Technologies for the development of a prime office building in northern Bucharest.
The new project called ONE Technology District will have a leasable area of around 20,000 sqm, including 2,000 sqm of laboratories and 280 parking spaces. The development is slated for completion in Q2 2026.
The starting value of the contract amounts to €57 million (excluding VAT), indexed to the EU annual inflation. The office lease with Infineon Technologies will run for 15 years.
One United Properties shares were up 0.10% to 0.98 lei on Monday afternoon trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
