Revetas has been appointed by a German investment manager, representing several pension funds and other investors, to support the repositioning of a $4.0 billion US property portfolio. The mandate aims to complement the portfolio with additional governance, restructuring and capital markets expertise tailored to the current market environment.

Revetas Capital has secured three mandates from Korean Asset Management Companies (AMCs) representing multiple Korean Institutional Limited Partners (LPs), with an initial investment volume of more than €860 million.

TriGranit and Revetas Capital have officially obtained the occupancy permit for the second phase of the Millennium Gardens office complex. The two phases offer 37,000 sqm of office and retail space in the vicinity of the river Danube. 

Revetas Capital has concluded the disposal of Bonarka Meadows in Kraków, a permitted residential development project, to Henniger Investment S.A., a Polish company that has been operating in the investment industry for over 30 years. The price has not been disclosed. 

Revetas Group announced a new partnership with Antonio Pomes, who joined the Revetas team as Director-Country Head Poland in the Portfolio Management department. In his new role, Mr. Pomes will be responsible for overseeing the Polish portfolio of assets, including Trinity One in Warsaw, Bonarka for Business “B4B” and Buma Square in Kraków. 

Revetas Group announces a new strategic partnership with Edgar Rosenmayr, who joined the Revetas team as Senior Advisor. He will bring strategic support for Revetas with ongoing fundraising and transaction advice and will work closely with Senior Management and the Investment Management team.

Significant new leases, prolongations and expansions were signed at the Bonarka for Business “B4B” office park in Kraków.
