YIT Slovakia has presented a pilot project of cooperative housing in Bratislava earlier this year. It is an alternative to mortgage financing of real estate. The developer is now launching its sequel in the ZWIRN 3 project.

YIT is launching the sale of the first stage of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11. The construction of the 1st stage is already underway.

Penta Real Estate is starting to construct a new residential project Mocca Residence in Prague. Near the Českomoravská metro station, Penta is restoring the original city block with almost three hundred new apartments being built here.

The ongoing residential developments in areas near Bucharest count around 28,500 apartments, with Voluntari town and Tunari commune among the locations with the biggest volume of new construction, according to a report by Imobiliare.ro. 

Cresco Real Estate has announced a new partnership in the Slnečnice project in Bratislava's Petržalka district. ITB development is changing the plans of the fourth phase in the Čerešne residential district, YIMBA.sk reports. The original intention has included a hotel or an accommodation facility with hotel apartments Čerešne Inn. Now it is being converted into apartment living. 

The second phase of the AFI Home Kolbenova project in Vysočany in Prague developed by AFI Europe has reached 50% occupancy. The project is offering 327 residential units for long-term rentals.

Crestyl has completed two residential houses in its Prague development district Hagibor. The Gamma building with 138 apartments for sale and the Delta building with 168 apartments for rent have passed the building use approval in July.

The first stage of the Kolbenova Park residential project in Vysočany in Prague has been completed and approved for use, as the design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has announced. The project consisting of six buildings is gradually executed in several phases. The developer is CPI Property Group.

NEPI Rockcastle has recorded a 13.5% gain in net operating income to €274 million during H1 2024 versus the same period of last year, while on a like-for-like basis it saw a 10% gain.
