Hils Development, the real estate company led by entrepreneur Ionuț Negoiță, is set to deliver the first phase of its mixed-use scheme Hils Republica in June.

The initial phase will include 369 apartments, and the developer has already announced plans for the launch of the second phase. Concurrently, the company continues to advance its Hils Titanium and Sunrise projects.

The company is also expanding its activities into other areas of Bucharest, as part of its strategy to diversify its residential portfolio.

Additionally, Hils Development has fully sold its Hils Pallady and Splai projects, which together total 2,019 apartments.

"The complete sale of these two projects positions Hils Development as a benchmark developer in the Bucharest real estate market and demonstrates the company's ability to support the increasing demand for new housing in the capital," stated Bogdan Balașa, General Manager of Hils Development.

"This moment is particularly significant for us, as Hils Pallady is our first mixed-use residential project, initiated in the eastern part of the capital."

Currently, Hils Development holds a portfolio of six residential projects in the eastern part of Bucharest. The company has delivered over 12,000 homes in Bucharest over the past 20 years.
