The residential construction in the Czech Republic has been facing a confusing permitting system, lengthy processes and frequent obstructions. The Czech Republic has long been one of the countries with the most complicated construction procedures in Europe, ranking, according to World Bank data (2020), 157th out of 190 countries monitored, reports the real estate office Philip & Frank.

YIT has completed the base building construction of the tenth phase of Tampere, which is being built in the Suomi Hloubětín complex in Prague 9. The apartment building is offering 68 units and 5 commercial spaces. 

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is extending an €80 million portfolio risk-sharing guarantee to BNP Paribas Bank Polska to help increase access to green finance in Poland.

Construction of the Emonika complex in Ljubljana has entered its next phase, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by OTP Group at the project site.
