Concordia Partners has secured €14.5 million financing from Garanti BBVA to complete The Concord residential project in Bucharest. The development, located in norhern Bucharest, is being developed in partnership with lawyer Gheorghe Mușat.

The Concord comprises 155 apartments across a 13-storey building with two underground levels. The project includes two, three and four-room apartments, some with gardens, plus an underground car park with 168 spaces. Completion is scheduled for December 2026, with apartment sales beginning this week.

"The financing granted by Garanti BBVA confirms that The Concord is a quality and financially solid project, well-founded in terms of market requirements," stated Cristi Tudor, Company Director of Concordia Partners. The project was initiated in 2024 with €10 million initial funding from Mușat for land acquisition and structural construction.

Cristina Nedelcu, Commercial & SME Sales Coordinator Director at Garanti BBVA, said: "The partnership between Garanti BBVA and Concordia Partners is a long-standing one, started many years ago."

The northern area of Bucharest will see over 8,500 residential units completed in 2026, according to SVN Romania, which serves as exclusive agent for The Concord. The General Council of Bucharest has approved a €100 million infrastructure project for the Dimitrie Pompeiu area, including boulevard widening and tram line extensions.
