Radisson Hotel Group opens repositioned hotel in Pula

Radisson Hotel Group announced the debut of its luxury lifestyle Radisson Collection brand in Croatia, with the opening of Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This follows an extensive £30 million repositioning of the legendary Hotel Brioni, one of Croatia’s best-known hotels, by Radisson Hotel Group’s partner PPHE Hotel Group and its Croatian subsidiary Arena Hospitality Group.

New leases

Among the new tenants of the retail part of the Sky Tower complex in Wrocław is Empik. The store has a floor area of approximately 270 sqm.
Breakfast restaurant Bułkę przez Bibułkę, will open its first outlet outside of Warsaw. The new premises will be set up in Łódź's Fusion. The tenant will occupy 180 sqm in one of the historic buildings located in Ogrody Anny. The opening is scheduled for the summer holidays.
The shopping centres managed by EPP, Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Solna in Inowrocław and Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, are extending their offer with the assortment of Pitbull, one of the most recognisable sportswear brands in Poland. The area covered by the leases amounts to over 250 sqm.

New appointments

Prologis' Warsaw team has gained a new director. As of 1st of April, Marzena Tkaczuk has joined the team of development experts. As Capital Deployment Director, she will be responsible in particular for the implementation of build-to-suit projects.
Hagag Development Europe has named Ana-Maria Nemțanu as Leasing Director. She has over 17 years’ worth of experience in the local real estate industry.
Emilia Dębowska has been promoted to the position of Head of Sustainability Europe of Panattoni. In her new role, she will be responsible for Panattoni’s integrated sustainable development strategy encompassing both the company’s business goals and the development of its projects in Europe for every country in which the developer is active.
