Savills has appointed Naďa Kováčiková as Head of Leasing and Business Development at Savills Slovakia, as the firm continues to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. The Bratislava office was established at the start of 2026, and the appointment is intended to support both existing clients and new business development in the Slovak market.

"We see the Slovak market as an important component in delivering seamless advisory services to our clients in the CEE region. Our goal is to provide our existing client base with comprehensive support for their activities in Slovakia, whilst expanding our business to new clients," said Stuart Jordan, CEO of Savills CEE. Jordan added that the expansion of the Slovak team reinforces the firm's ambition to build a strong regional platform serving international and local companies.

Kováčiková brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial real estate and development. She spent nearly 12 years as Commercial Director at VGP Slovakia, where she was involved in industrial park development, build-to-suit projects, leasing and sustainability initiatives including BREEAM certification. She holds a degree from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Bratislava, an International Relations certificate from the London School of Economics, and completed the MBARE programme at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

"Our ambition is to build a stronger Savills presence in Slovakia and offer clients a full spectrum of commercial real estate services, from valuation, property management and building and project management through to leasing and investment advisory. We have already successfully completed a number of transactions in the Slovak market and I am confident that we will continue to build on these successes," said Naďa Kováčiková, Head of Leasing and Business Development at Savills Slovakia.

Savills Slovakia has recently completed technical and environmental due diligence for The Mill and Twin City C in Bratislava, advised on the fit-out of Renomia's offices in Sky Park, and acted in leasing transactions for clients including Medtronic and No Limit. The firm has also supported investment transactions including the Blumental mixed-use complex and an Amazon logistics facility. Through its property management team, Savills currently manages approximately 60,000 sqm of commercial space across Slovakia.
