BIG Poland has acquired Grodzisk Sfera Park, an 11,000 sqm GLA retail park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, located approximately 30 km west of Warsaw. The property becomes the company's 13th retail park in Poland and its second in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, alongside BIG Łubna. The acquisition brings BIG Poland's total portfolio to nearly 258,000 sqm GLA. Rebranding and reopening under the BIG brand are planned for late summer.

Hungary-based investor Appeninn Nyrt. has completed the acquisition of a retail portfolio from Polish company Dekada S.A., comprising eleven commercial properties across Poland with a combined leasable area of approximately 53,000 sqm. The portfolio consists of seven retail parks and four shopping centres located in Brodnica, Ciechanów, Grojec, Kraków, Myślenice, Olsztyn, Nowy Targ, Malbork, Sieradz, Skierniewice and Żyrardów. The transaction, valued at over €100 million, was financed through a combination of Appeninn's own funds and debt financing from Austria's Erste Group Bank AG. The exact purchase price has not been disclosed.

DL Invest Group has secured financing exceeding €146 million to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 260,000 sqm. The financing was provided by Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska, with CMS acting as legal adviser to the lenders.

Qualified investor fund Realia Fund Sicav has completed the acquisition of a new retail park in Kralupy nad Vltavou – Kozomín, which is the largest property the fund has added to its portfolio.

CPI Europe has completed the acquisition of a residential property portfolio in the Czech Republic, which was announced in August 2025. Known as CPI Byty, the portfolio consists of almost 12,000 apartments, mainly located in the regions of Ústí nad Labem and Liberec, as well as in Třinec and Prague.

Indotek Group is expanding its Western European office network with a new Vienna office. The company has been expanding in Western and Southern Europe for over a decade, and the Austrian office will also serve as the first regional private equity investment centre for the Budapest-based group.

Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternative investment manager, and Slate Asset Management, a global investor and manager focused on essential real estate and infrastructure, announced that a joint venture between Ares Real Estate funds and Slate has agreed to acquire a portfolio of 36 properties in Poland from Trei Real Estate, an internationally active developer and asset manager. The portfolio is valued at over €300 million.

Until now, the company has focused on the commercial real estate segment, with the new addition of residential real estate services. The newly established department is headed by Kateřina Poláková, who has extensive experience in sales and marketing management in the residential segment, the company announced.

Prologis Europe has significantly scaled up its urban offering across the continent with more than a million square meters of core logistics space. On behalf of its open-ended vehicle PELF, the company has acquired 128 buildings and 6 developments in key urban gateway locations from last-mile operator Crossbay. The agreed price was €1.585 billion.
