Cavatina Holding has signed a €270 million credit agreement with a consortium of European banks, in what it says is the largest office portfolio refinancing transaction in the history of Poland’s regional markets. The company announced the deal on LinkedIn.

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) has completed the sale of Arkońska Business Park in Gdańsk for €7.8 million. The 11,000 sqm modern office complex was marketed with Savills Poland and JLL as co-exclusive sales agents.

HB Reavis has completed a €510 million refinancing of Varso Place, its flagship Warsaw development, with two new banks joining the credit consortium. The financing increased by €35 million from the previous €475 million loan on improved terms.

P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North, a 90,000 sqm logistics complex in Poland, to pan-European asset management firm Arete Investment Group for close to €60 million. The facility is fully leased and consists of two class A buildings completed in early 2023.

Poland's retail park sector has experienced remarkable growth, with over 290 large retail parks now operating across the country, totalling 3.2 million sqm of space. This represents a 21% share of modern retail stock, double the share recorded in 2010, Avison Young Poland reports.

Trei Real Estate has completed the first construction stage of its UP2U rental housing development in Poznan, Poland. The project delivered 330 apartments, with the first tenants moving in October 2025. By 2026, the development will comprise 460 furnished rental apartments totaling 19,300 sqm of residential space, requiring an investment of €51 million.
