DL Invest Group has signed a revolving credit facility of up to €95 million with UniCredit. The facility has been extended directly to the group's operating company, DL Invest Group PM S.A., and may be used for general corporate purposes and further development.

The revolving structure allows available funds to be drawn within the agreed limit in line with the group's ongoing needs. The transaction is part of DL Invest Group's strategy to diversify its funding sources, with the facility available for broader corporate needs rather than being tied to a single project. The financing is backed by the group's logistics and industrial property portfolio.

"The revolving credit facility of up to €95 million gives us additional flexibility in managing capital and planning the next stages of our development. We are consistently building a funding structure that reflects the scale and nature of DL Invest Group, combining a long-term approach to asset ownership with the ability to respond efficiently to market needs," said Dominik Leszczyński, Founder and CEO of DL Invest Group.

DL Invest Group operates an integrated business model spanning land acquisition, design, construction, leasing and long-term property management. The new agreement with UniCredit complements the group's existing funding instruments, supporting its ongoing operations and development. The group's portfolio includes logistics and manufacturing properties, mixed-use developments, retail parks, self-storage facilities, data centres and energy infrastructure, with assets exceeding €1.2 billion in value and an average occupancy rate of approximately 97% across more than 400 tenants.
