Christie's International Real Estate is entering Poland through a new affiliate partnership with Vilea Property Boutique, a Warsaw-based brokerage. Vilea will serve as the brand's exclusive representative in Poland, extending Christie's International Real Estate's presence across Central and Eastern Europe, where it also operates affiliates in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia and Slovakia.

Founded in 2013 by Adrian and Anna Kołodziej, Vilea is a family-run brokerage with 35 agents across three Warsaw offices, located in the city centre, Wilanów and Żoliborz. The firm serves clients across Poland and has more than doubled its annual sales volume since 2022. Its services include residential sales, leasing, relocation, investment advisory, property management and development representation.

The partnership comes as Poland's economy and private wealth base continue to expand. The country surpassed €922 billion in GDP in 2025 and is now the sixth-largest economy in the European Union, according to Eurostat. Warsaw's millionaire population grew 83% between 2014 and 2024, while Poland's luxury-goods market reached PLN 55.6 billion in 2024, a rise of nearly 25% year on year.

"Joining Christie's International Real Estate is about giving our clients access to a global standard, an international network, and a brand that shares our values: discretion, expertise, trust and long-term relationships," said Adrian Kołodziej, founder and CEO of Vilea Property Boutique. "With Poland experiencing substantial economic growth and private wealth creation, and Warsaw's prime residential segment becoming increasingly international, we believe the timing is ideal for Vilea to represent Christie's International Real Estate in this dynamic market."

"Poland is a market where we see significant opportunity for Christie's International Real Estate," said Helena Moyas de Forton, managing director, head of EMEA and APAC at Christie's International Real Estate. "Adrian and Anna have built a respected luxury firm that aligns closely with those principles, and we are excited about what we can build together."

Through the affiliate agreement, Vilea gains access to Christie's International Real Estate's referral network spanning more than 50 countries and territories, along with international marketing opportunities and a connection to Christie's auction house. Christie's, a separately owned but closely partnered brand, has seen growing engagement from Polish buyers in recent years and will participate in a launch event in Warsaw to mark the partnership.
