Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors have completed City Point Okęcie, an 11,000 sqm cargo terminal for Welcome Airport Services. The build-to-suit facility is located next to Warsaw Chopin Airport and will serve as the company's new international cargo terminal.

The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has entered into a new financing partnership with mBank to support its City Point Okęcie project in Warsaw. Under the newly signed agreement, the bank has extended property development, investment and VAT credit facilities totalling over €15 million. 

The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie, an urban logistics facility spanning over 11,000 sqm and located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The completion date is anticipated for the summer of 2025, with Depenbrock Polska appointed as general contractor.

The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has launched the construction of the C2 facility at City Point Targówek. The light industrial building will offer 25,000 sqm of space with units starting from 1,000 sqm. Depenbrock Poland is the general contractor for the project.

The JV between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the construction of the first warehouse facility in City Point Targówek. The 7,000 sqm building is fully leased to DPD Polska and is part of a park, which will provide nearly 100,000 sqm of last-mile logistics space within the borders of the Warsaw agglomeration.

Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors have completed the purchase of 5 ha plot on Kinetyczna Street in Okęcie, Warsaw. This exceptional last-mile location, situated in close proximity to the Chopin Airport and at the intersection between Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road and the S79 exit road, has been earmarked for a sustainable warehouse development dedicated to urban logistics. The transaction was made by the existing joint venture between both parties.

Peakside Capital Advisors has started construction of City Point Targówek, the largest logistics park in Warsaw. It will provide 100,000 sqm of modern and sustainable warehouse space in a prime location near the city centre. The warehouse park will seek top LEED and BREEM certification ratings, and it will also pursue WELL certification, which has never been awarded in this market segment before.

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., comprising an investment loan and VAT loan - more than PLN 500 million (over €106 million) in total. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

Form Offices consists of 4 modern Class A office complexes in Kraków (Tertium, Wadowicka 3, DOT by Form) and Wrocław (Cu Office). The portfolio was acquired in 2021 by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients. REINO Group is the asset manager of the Form Offices and the co-investor within the investment.

A joint venture between Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm and investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors AG with a group of additional third-party co-investors has acquired a portfolio of warehouse properties in capital of Poland. The purchase price is not being disclosed.
