P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Jakub Pelikán as Head of Land Acquisition and Development for the Czech Republic. Pelikán previously held the role of Head of Development at the company, and his expanded remit will now include identifying and acquiring strategic land plots for future projects and further developing P3's logistics portfolio in the country.
Pelikán brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and development. He spent the last seven years as development director at Mountpark, preceded by four years leading Goodman Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before that, he spent five years at ProLogis Czech Republic Management as Market Officer and Vice President for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"I am very glad to welcome Jakub back to the leadership team. He brings considerable expertise in logistics and industrial development, and a strong familiarity with P3's team and environment. I believe he will settle into his new role quickly and his contribution in acquisition and development will be evident very soon," said Peter Jánoši, director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The development team has also been expanded with the addition of Denisa Klammertová as Senior Acquisition Manager, joining from advisory firm iO Partners where she specialised in industrial real estate, having previously worked at JLL. Dina Macků, also from iO Partners, joins the leasing team in a managerial role.
P3 Logistic Parks owns, manages and develops industrial properties across Europe, with a total leasable area of over 10.1 million sqm and 3.5 million sqm of land ready for construction. The company operates in ten countries, is headquartered in Prague and employs more than 280 people across eleven offices. In the Czech Republic, P3 owns and manages 95 industrial properties across 15 parks, with a combined leasable area of over 1.4 million sqm.
