Industrial developer CTP Romania has withdrawn its bid for P3’s operations in Romania over antimonopoly risks, according to media reports and company officials.

Jana Gerhátová has been in charge of marketing at industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks since April, with responsibility including the Czech Republic and Slovakia region. 

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed  Marek Jaskula, who is well-oriented in real estate thanks to his previous experience as a real estate consultant, as a new Leasing Manager.

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a standalone building next to P3 Prague D8 Park. Established two decades ago, the industrial park has grown to seven buildings totalling 176,840 sqm of leasable space, including the newly acquired hall.

P3´s hall with an area of 42,331 sqm and an atypical floor plan is capable of accommodating an entire train unit. It is located in Lovosice Cargo, Czech Republic.

The S3 hall in P3 Ostrava Central has been leased to retailer Bezvapostele.cz. The company is planning to operate a sales warehouse in the building from August 2024.

P3 Group has released its condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2023. The company reported continued strong operational and financial performance. 

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has concluded lease transactions for over 107,000 sqm in the first half of 2023, with most of the demand coming from existing clients.

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 30-ha plot of land in Dachowa near Poznań. The site will become the new P3 Poznań III park, which will enrich the developer’s current portfolio in the Wielkopolska region.

Logistics company Orbico has chosen Park P3, located close to Poznań, as the location for its new warehouse. The 10,000-square-meter facility is located between the S11 dual carriageway and the A4 highway. The warehouse opened, earlier this year, at the beginning of July. JLL provided consulting support in selecting the location for the facility's lease.
