P3 Logistic Parks has commenced the development of another speculative warehouse with an area of 28,292 sqm at P3 Poznań, a warehouse park offering a total area of over 385,000 sqm. When expansion work is complete, P3 Poznań will cover a total area of 415,000 sqm, making it one of the largest logistics parks in Poland.

Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director, P3 Poland, said: "The expansion of P3 Poznań is one element of our company's development strategy for the Polish market. Offering cutting-edge standards and an excellent location with quick access to key markets in Europe, this park has earned strong recognition among tenants and is currently almost entirely leased out. The extension of P3 Poznań is our response to demand for modern warehouse space, which is constantly growing in this region”.

Designed to manage logistics processes efficiently, the new warehouse at P3 Poznań will be equipped with advanced technological solutions. The warehouse height to the base of the roof structure is 12 m, which allows for trouble-free storage of goods up to 11.5 m tall.

The warehouse shall also meet the BREEAM certification requirements for an “Excellent” rating for sustainability. PIR core panels are used to provide superior thermal insulation and the roof has a reinforced structure, enabling the installation of energy-saving solar panels in future. Additionally, the new warehouse will feature an energy-saving LED lighting system with DALI automatic control units.

The general contractor of the facility is Bremer.

P3 Poznań is located in Robakowo, south of Poznań, near the S11 motorway and connected to the A2 motorway, providing excellent access to the east of Poland (Warsaw) and internationally to the west (Berlin, Germany). Customers which currently lease space at P3 Poznań include Westwing, PF Logo Express, Zaparoh, CEVA Logistics, British American Tobacco, GXO, Colian Logistic, among others.
