Logistics company Orbico has chosen Park P3, located close to Poznań, as the location for its new warehouse. The 10,000-square-meter facility is located between the S11 dual carriageway and the A4 highway. The warehouse opened, earlier this year, at the beginning of July. JLL provided consulting support in selecting the location for the facility's lease.

Orbico Polska is a distributor of more than 50 global brands and a provider of logistics services on the Polish market. The company is part of the Orbico Group, a major European distributor operating in 20 countries across the continent. Orbico mainly supplies companies in food, clothing, cosmetics and logistics.

"The decision to open a new Orbico warehouse was based primarily on the desire to increase the availability of our services in various regions of Poland through new facilities. By utilizing the latest technologies, it allows us to provide our customers with high-quality services. We decided on choosing P3 Park in Robakowo due to the facility's short distance from the city centre, as well as its proximity to the A2 highway. Thanks to this, our new warehouse will be perfectly accessible", says Mariusz Latos, Managing Director, Orbico Supply Polska.

The benefits of the new warehouse are primarily its proximity to transportation hubs and the building's high electrical efficiency, thanks to high-quality insulation solutions. In addition, the facility will provide the ability to store a greater variety of goods in the same area due to its 12-meter-high ceilings.

Advisory support for the selection of Orbico's new warehouse facility was provided by JLL. "We are delighted to have been able to support Orbico in its search for a new warehouse facility in Poland at every stage of its operations, from site selection to the selection of the actual building. We believe it will meet our client's expectations", says Ludwika Korzeniowska, Senior Director in the Department of Leasing of Warehouse and Industrial Space, JLL.

Park P3 Poznań is one of the largest logistics parks in western Poland. It is located south of Poznań, close to the S11 dual carriageway which itself is off the A2 highway, meaning the location is very well-connected to both Warsaw and Berlin. The logistics centre consists of eight buildings and has the possibility of expanding to 12 warehouse buildings. The total area of the park is over 414,000 sqm.
