CA Immo has signed and closed the sale of the Zagreb Tower office building to Austrian property company S Immo AG at a 5% premium to H1 2020 book value.

JLL announced the first edition of the Sofia City Report, a semiannual publication which provides a detailed view of specific real estate markets in Sofia: office, retail and warehouses. Central Business Center, an office building located in Inner Buda is undergoing a major renovation by ConvergenCE. Recognised as the highest quality office building in Budapest at the time of its construction in 1994, an upgrade for the 9,540 sqm property was long overdue.

Knight Frank has been selected as the property manager of the building at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, which is owned by Echo Investment. The office building with an area of over 21,000 square metres is the first stage constructed as part of the West 4 Business HUB office complex in Wrocław.

Madison International Realty has acquired a stake in the newly developed Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw’s CBD from the Cavatina Group. The acquisition values the project at over €100 million. Chmielna 89 is fully let to Poland’s largest, PKO BP, on a ten-year lease.

AFI Park Brașov, an office project developed by AFI Europe Romania, announced two new tenants, Siemens Romania and NTT Data. The Class A office building has thus reached an occupancy rate of 55% before its official opening, with a total leased area of approximately 8,300 sqm.
