Mendota Invest, owned by Hungarian OTP Group, has signed a lease agreement with Mogotel Hotel Group to bring Accor's TRIBE Hotels brand to the Emonika complex in Ljubljana, in a deal advised exclusively by CBRE.
This mixed-use development will include two hotels, a shopping centre, office spaces and residential units.
”Emonika will significantly contribute to the increasing tourism in Slovenia’s capital, enhancing its appeal to both international and domestic tourists,” said Balázs Csörget, Associate Director Hotels Services, Hungary & CEE.
Katie Goetz, Deputy Head of Operator Selection Hotels Europe, added that the development highlights the company’s ability to connect leading operators with prime real estate opportunities.
