Atenor has signed an agreement, relating to the acquisition of a plot in the 11th district of Budapest, Hengermalom út 18., with an area of 5,711 sqm.

The plot is situated in South Buda which is one of the most popular parts of the city, due to the closeness of universities, its easily accessibility and the huge amount of green area. The location is also close to M1, M7 motorways. This submarket is continuously developing and growing which is supported by mettro line 4, a new tram and bus network and the growing number of services like shopping centres, restaurants, cafés, sport and recreational facilities.
 
Atenor will develop a Class A+ office building delivering environment-conscious solutions which will offer about 15,000 sqm office area with an underground garage, internal garden and terraces.
 
With this transaction Atenor’s Hungarian portfolio has been expanded up to 232,000 sqm already consisiting of 4 office development projects.
 
Following this new acquisition, the number of ATENOR projects under development has gone up to 28 and represents a development potential of approximately 1,215,000 sqm.  The projects are located in Brussels, in Wallonia and Flanders (Belgium), in Luxembourg, in the Paris Region (France), in Düsseldorf (Germany), in Warsaw (Poland), in Lisbon (Portugal), Budapest (Hungary) and in Bucharest (Romania).
