Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has extended its lease for over 38,000 sqm of space across two MLP Group facilities. The tenant was supported in negotiations by Querco Property agency.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II to Rohlig Suus Logistics. The logistics operator will move into the first building of the complex, with an area of 25,500 sqm, whose construction began in August this year.

Foreign direct investments (FDI) in Romania's real estate and construction sector more than tripled between 2014 and 2024, increasing by €15.1 billion to reach €21.6 billion by the end of last year. The sector's share of total FDI stock rose from 10.6% to 17.3%, according to National Bank of Romania (BNR) data analyzed by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

WDP has launched development of a 32,000 sqm distribution centre in WDP Park Bucharest – Ștefănești for FAN Courier Group, one of Romania's leading courier and logistics operators. The €22 million investment will be realised by deploying WDP's landbank in North Bucharest, with construction beginning in early 2026 and delivery scheduled later that year.

Romania's industrial and logistics stock is approaching 8 million sqm, with over 60% located within one hour's drive of Bucharest. Moldova and Oltenia remain the least developed regions but show potential for growth once infrastructure improves, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.

CTP has signed a lease agreement with Rossmann, the fastest-growing drugstore chain in the Czech Republic, for a new 30,000 sqm logistics centre at CTPark Prague North.

ZDR Investments has completed an acquisition in Logatec, Slovenia, marking the ZDR Industrial fund's entry into a new market and pushing its portfolio value beyond €40 million. The newly completed LOGspot Logatec logistics park meets modern sustainability standards and sits 25 kilometres from Ljubljana and 75 kilometres from the port city of Koper, with direct highway access.
