International logistics provider Dachser Czech Republic has agreed to lease 9,000 sqm of new industrial space at Garbe Park Brno South in Pohořelice.

The first phase will deliver 20,000 sqm of space, of which around 11,000 sqm will be developed speculatively and made available for lease within six months.

At the new premises, Dachser Czech Republic will provide logistics services for companies across a range of industrial sectors. The long-term lease agreement, with commencement anticipated in early 2027, was secured by Savills.

Jan Pihar, Managing Director of Dachser Czech Republic, comments: "This will allow us to expand our logistics services in Moravia and offer our customers contract logistics solutions combining transport, warehousing and value-added services under one roof."

Martin Stratov, Country Head Czech Republic & Slovakia at Garbe, adds: "Once completed, the first building will offer up to 60,000 sqm, with the current phase delivering 20,000 sqm. Approximately 11,000 sqm will be available on a speculative basis for additional tenants."

The Garbe Park Brno South development also includes plans for three additional buildings with a total leasable area of 51,000 sqm, all of which have already secured building permits. The buildings are designed with a focus on sustainability, high technical standards and low operating costs. They can be delivered within eight months from the start of construction and are suitable for logistics providers, supply chain companies and manufacturing businesses seeking a strategic location in the region.
