LemonTree has completed the sale of the BTS Martes Sport building in Mysłowice to Invesco Real Estate. The facility, located in the Katowice metropolitan area, is a class A warehouse with 51,604 sqm of space.

LemonTree has launched construction of Westside Szczecin Neo, a new 34,000 sqm logistics and office complex in Szczecin, with nearly half of the space already leased. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026, with Goldbeck as general contractor.

LemonTree has started the construction of a logistics and service complex in Gdańsk Kowale. The latest investment, COOL BTS Gdańsk by LemonTree, will be developed in a built-to-suit (BTS) formula for Nagel-Group and will include approximately 21,000 sqm of warehouse and office-social space. The general contractor is one of the leading construction companies, Depenbrock Polska. The completion of construction and handover of the building to the tenant is scheduled for the first half of 2026.

LemonTree is starting another investment project, this time located in the capital of West Pomerania in Poland. WestSide Szczecin will deliver nearly 31,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, equipped with solutions that reduce the building’s environmental impact. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in February 2025.

Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading companies in food logistics, will lease one of the buildings within LemonTree’s Booster Zabrze complex. The tenant will move into the facility in the second quarter of 2025. The agreement between the companies has been signed for a 15-year term.

Łukasz Jachna, CIO of LemonTree, has talked to Property Forum about the current trends in the Polish warehouse market, the speed of implementation of ESG principles and designing logistic parks as mixed-use projects.

Warehouse developer LemonTree has joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative under the aegis of the UN. This initiative aims to support companies in implementing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At the same time, LemonTree joined the Climate Positive programme, which implements the climate goals set by the UN.

LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. It will be business complex with offices and service and logistics space, with a total area of 111,000 sqm, as well as green and public spaces. The investment is to be built directly at the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (Silesian Central Motorway) and the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways.
