The sale of Prague’s Palladium is entering the final stages. According to two independent sources, the first bids have been submitted lately, reports Seznamzpravy.cz. And three finalists have emerged from them. 

Octane Capital Partners and Peakside Capital Advisors have jointly acquired two urban logistics properties from Panattoni, marking the launch of their new investment partnership in Poland. The properties, located in the Warsaw metropolitan area, offer a total of around 24,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified warehouse and office space.

BLD Poland, part of Bulgarian investment group AG Capital, has acquired a plot in Warsaw’s Białołęka district for a new residential project that will include nearly 90 housing units. The site is located near Głębocka Street, close to parks, schools, and the Targówek retail centre.
