Globalworth’s portfolio value flat at €3.2 billion in 2022

Property group Globalworth said its total combined portfolio value remained effectively unchanged at €3.2 billion during 2022 compared to 2021, while investments in logistics/light-industrial facilities in Romania and the refurbishment/repositioning of two mixed-use properties in Poland totaled €52.2 million.

CTP continues expansion in the Czech Republic

The year 2022 was a successful year for CTP, marked by stable growth and excellent business results. In 2022, the portfolio area in the Czech Republic was expanded by 300,000 sqm, bringing the total area to 3.8 million sqm. Rental income increased by 13% year-on-year to €230.3 million (CZK 5.7 billion). At present, CTP is the largest player in the Czech industrial-logistics property market with a 28% share.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate continues to expand in Europe

Garbe Industrial Real Estate is moving ahead with its Europe-wide expansion, benefiting from the persistently strong demand for logistics space. For the 203 assets under its management with around 5.7 million square metres of lettable area (including open space), the company achieved rent increases averaging 11.7 percent through indexation provisions and by negotiating new lease agreements. TitanX expands at CTPark Opole with nearly 27,000 sqm

HelloParks to build huge logistics centre near Budapest

New leases

  • WeNet, an online marketing company, has relocated its Gdańsk office to the multifunctional Garnizon complex, owned by the Hossa Investment Group. The organisation has taken up more than 450 square meters of office space in the GATO office building.
  • Perfume chain Douglas has signed a lease agreement for nearly 1,000 sqm of office and logistics space at CTPark Budapest Office Campus, which is located in the heart of the city.
  • A 200-square-metre Office Shoes store offering branded women's, men's, and children's footwear has opened in the Forum Gdańsk shopping centre. This is the chain's first shop in Gdańsk.

New appointments

  • Tryton Business House in Gdańsk will welcome a new tenant. Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie will occupy 3,092 sqm of office space in the complex owned by Globalworth. Cushman & Wakefield represented the institution in the lease process.
  • G City Europe is strengthening its development competences. Piotr Myszka has joined the company, taking up the position of Head of Development.
  • CBRE Romania has announced the promotion of Ramona Hîrnea to the role of Head of Investor Retail Leasing for its national operations. With over 22 years of experience in commercial space leasing, Ramona brings a comprehensive perspective on the retail market, gained both from her position as a consultant for property owners and as a representative of tenants.
