CTP has officially opened the new TitanX Engine Cooling factory at CTPark Opole in Poland. TitanX, the global supplier of cooling systems for trucks, has now launched its production operations in the OPO3 building, which is part of the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics complex. In doing so, TitanX has increased the previously occupied space by 18,320 sqm, consolidating all engineering processes in a single investment, which was built-to-suit by CTP.

The new property will offer 28,000 sqm of warehouse and 4,000 sqm of office in Üllő, which already hosts other major retailers. The construction is to start in January and handover is scheduled for the end of 2025 and the early months of 2026.

Panattoni has recently launched construction work on the main European production plant for Maxcess in Łubowo near Gniezno and has now been awarded bank financing of around €10 million from Santander for this development.

CTP is developing a new 71,000 sqm industrial and logistics building at CTPark Žatec in the Czech Republic. A portion of 18,000 sqm has been leased to Fiege, a logistics and transport services provider in Europe.

Industrial developer CTP has delivered the first foreign distribution centre of LPP Logistics in Romania spanning 65,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West. The construction of the warehouse started in January 2023 and was completed in less than one year.

Full-service logistics provider DB Schenker has prolonged its lease contract in CTP's logistics centre in the important regional city of Székesfehérvár. CTP Hungary was represented by 108 Real Estate, portfolio.hu reports.

German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien took over the logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II near Pilsen in the Czech Republic for use in December 2023. It will become the company's largest consolidation centre in Europe.

Poland’s industrial sector slowed in 2023, but the market hopes to rebound in 2024. After the peak of take-up and supply in the so-called COVID period falling in 2020-2022, the logistics and manufacturing market has returned in many values to those observed in 2018-2019, says Axi Immo. 

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.

The third fund of the real estate and investment group Arete has completed the development of a modern industrial complex in the urban area of Pilsen, Borská pole. The long-term tenant of the hall will be Oxymetal CZ, which specializes in metal processing and production of metal components for various industries, including automotive, energy and construction.
