The hotel market in Prague and the entire Central and Eastern European region is experiencing a recovery exceeding initial expert expectations, according to the CBRE analysis. International overnight stays in Prague are at 95% of their 2019 level.

Construction work is underway on the 5-star Mearl Hotel in Kołobrzeg on the Polish Baltic coast. The hotel, which is being built right on the beach, will be one of the most luxurious offerings in Pomerania, with 369 high-standard rooms, a spa centre and a range of premium solutions such as a designer club, a cigar smoking room and a sky bar overlooking the sea. The planned opening date is mid-2026.
