Amundi has sold the mixed-use space Forum Karlín and the Prague Ibis hotel to Patria, a part of ČSOB, reports seznamzpravy.cz.
The investment company Amundi has announced the commencement of the planned exit phase of the KB2 Real Estate Fund, which is expected to be followed by a payout to clients. The first step is the sale of the Forum Karlín space and the Prague Ibis hotel on Na Poříčí street to Patria. The companies did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
Hospodářské noviny reported that Amundi acquired Forum Karlín at the end of 2018 for €52 million. Two office assets, Keystone in Prague's Karlín and Polygon House in Prague 4, remain in the KB2 fund from Amundi. According to Amundi, their sale is expected to follow in the coming months. The full closure of the fund is planned for mid-next year.
