General contractor Harden Construction has started building a logistics centre in Sosnowiec for the Raben Group, one of Europe's logistics companies, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.

Harden Construction has completed the third hall spanning 39,000 sqm at the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II production and warehouse complex. 

Grupa Hasco has officially opened a modern distribution and logistics centre near the Stryków junction outside Łódź. The investment, worth nearly €18 million, was realised in cooperation with construction and technology partners including Harden Construction and Astor. The new facility will streamline distribution of Hasco-Lek pharmaceutical products, reducing delivery times and strengthening competitiveness.

Harden Construction has completed construction of the Panattoni Park Poznań XIV complex in Głuchów near Poznań. The project comprises two modern warehouse buildings with a total area of over 22,000 sqm, fully delivered to tenants including a Polish e-commerce leader and companies Gasa Group and Markat Plus.

Harden Construction, a general contractor specialising in industrial facilities, completed projects totalling 1 million sqm over the past five years.

European Logistics Investment (ELI) has launched a new phase of its Warsaw Airport Kinetyczna project with Panattoni as the developer.

Harden Construction has begun construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, a new industrial complex in Jankowo Gdańskie near Gdańsk. The design-and-build project will deliver nearly 40,000 sqm of production, warehouse and office space, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

Harden Construction is developing a new distribution centre in Ujrzanów, next to Siedlce, as part of Panattoni Park Siedlce. The 6,200 sqm project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 and has been leased to a logistics services provider.

Harden Construction is developing two industrial halls as part of Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Kobyłka, just 25 km from central Warsaw. The project, which started in Q2 2025, is set for completion in Q4 2025. The halls will have areas of 13,000 sqm (Hall A) and 33,000 sqm (Hall B). One of the tenants, PBS Connect, will occupy 24,000 sqm in Hall B.
