Romanian developer Forty Management has completely sold all the apartments and leased all spaces in the Central District 4 Elements project that was completed last year following an investment of €25 million.
Romanian developer Forty Management expects a turnover of 397 million lei (€80 million) and a net profit of 188 million lei (€38 million) in 2022, while total investments in residential projects across Bucharest will reach 155 million(€31.3 million).
Romanian developer Forty Management has initiated the authorization procedure for Royal Suites Central District in northern Bucharest, with a market value of €76 million. Once completed, the building will be the tallest residential project in Romania with a height of 122 meters.
Romanian developer Forty Management plans to start new residential projects covering 138,000 sqm with a market value of more than €310 million. The investments are in various permitting stages.
Local real estate developer Forty Management has acquired a 39,896 sqm plot of land of in the Străulești area of the Bucharest from Butan Gas Romania in a transaction valued at €8.2 million. The Poșta Puișor building in central Bucharest will be transformed into an office building by Forty Management & Investments, a company founded in 2015 by local investors Lucian Azoiței and Tudor Bădițescu, profit.ro has learnt.
