Danish retailer JYSK announced the opening of six new stores in Bulgaria by August 2023, along with the renovation of five existing branches

Wood & Company is starting to improve its Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava. It plans to expand it with three more retail units and open the space to other global brands, startitup.sk reports.

International logistics and transport company Emons is significantly expanding its network of logistics centres in the Czech Republic. As of February 2023, it will open its new logistics centre in Ostředek, close to the D1 motorway. Advised by Savills Czech Republic and Slovakia, it has leased over 6,000 sqm of warehouse space at Sázava Logistics Park, which was built by development and investment company UDI Group.

DHL Supply Chain has renewed its lease with Logicor on an improved and extended facility in Racibórz. The c. 10,000 sqm extension now takes the facility to c. 32,000 sqm.

Cavatina Group starts Cavatina International and plans to expand its portfolio of the living sector’s projects not only in Poland but also in foreign markets. First, together with leading international institutional investors, the company intends to expand its current portfolio of apartments for rent created under the Resi Capital brand from 2,000 to 10,000 units, focusing on environmentally certified projects.

Czech-Dutch investment company Fidurock has commenced the construction of the second phase of the Staré Město retail park project. The extension will expand the current 4,100 sqm building with 500 sqm.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, an international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, has opened its 27th retail park of the Vendo Park brand in Poland. The property is located in Inowrocław in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The town lies on the bank of the River Noteć 100 kilometres north-east of Poznań, has a population of around 70,000 and is renowned for its saltwater baths. The new retail park, which is let to nine retailers as well as to a supermarket, provides a total leasing area of 5,000 square metres and a total of 242 car parking spots. The investment volume adds up to a total of €6.4 million..

S Immo aims to further strengthen its presence in the Central and Eastern European region, including Hungary, the company announced in a press release celebrating 20 years of operation in the Hungary.

Retail chain Spar built new supermarkets in a Budapest residential park and in a frequented district of Sopron, and modernised its stores in Mosonmagyaróvár and Szentlőrinc.
