From mid-October, László Csapó will take up the position of Director of Business Development at Danubius Hotels Zrt. His responsibilities will include the strategic and operational management of the group's expansion projects. He has more than twenty years of experience in hotel sales, asset management, and business development.

Principal Asset Management has completed its first acquisition in Poland for Log In, the European logistics fund managed by Theoreim. The asset, located in the Katowice economic zone in Tychy, Upper Silesia, comprises 9,705 sqm of warehouse, production, and office space.

P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.

The leading Czech portal focused on residential real estate, Home Portal, has welcomed a significant new addition to its team — Tal Roma, joining from AFI Europe Czech Republic. Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space.

Panattoni has reached another milestone in the development of Wrocław South Logistics Hub. As a result of a new contract, one of its current tenants – a leading e-commerce operator – is to increase the size of its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the planned expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm, or 70 pct of the park’s eventual total area.
