Colliers has taken over the management of the second building of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice, developed by Echo Investment and designed by Grupa 5 Architekci.
Upon completing the acquisition of a 66% stake in Wrocław-based developer Archicom, Echo Investment is set to become the largest residential developer in Poland. Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment talked to Property Forum about the recent acquisition, dealing with the effects of the pandemic and Echo’s plans for the nearest months.
Echo Investment has commissioned a second office building in My Place, a multifunctional project located in the Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district. As a result, an urban quarter combining offices, residential and commercial premises has been completed.
Echo Investment will take over a majority stake of the Wrocław-based Archicom company from its founders. Once the transaction is finalized, the Echo-Archicom group will be the largest residential developer in Poland – only in 2021, it will start the construction of 7,000 apartments for sale and rent.
Resi4Rent, the largest private company with subscription-based apartments, has expanded its offer by nearly 230 units in Warsaw. The first residents have just moved into the project located in the heart of Mokotów business district.
In 2020, Echo Investment hit records both in sales and handovers of apartments. It managed to sign 1570 sales contracts with clients, what outperformed last year's results by 16%. At the same time, clients received their keys to 1505 apartments, which in turn means a 19% increase compared to 2019.

Abris Capital Partners has extended its lease for offices in the freshly refurbished Grzybowska Park in Warsaw and expanded its office to 1,650 sqm. The landlord was represented during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills while the tenant was advised by Nuvalu Polska.
