MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

In the area of the Fuzja by Echo Investment in Łódź, the works related to the construction of the shell of two office buildings have been completed, and the traditional topping out ceremony has been held. Obtaining an occupancy permit is planned for the first quarter of 2022. Medusa Group studio is responsible for the architectural design.

Resi4Rent opens its seventh building, this time in the north of the country. The first clients have already moved into 301 new premises at Kołobrzeska Street in Gdańsk. This is another step towards the company's goal of building a portfolio of 10 thousand apartments by 2025.

React, an office project developed by Echo Investment in Łódź, will be the second location in the city for Chillispaces, a company specializing in providing coworking spaces. The tenant will start to operate here in the first quarter of 2022.

MidPoint71, an office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, will become the new head office of the Business Service Centre of 3M. The tenant will move into the new location in the first quarter of 2022.

More and more tenants are moving into the recently completed office building in the project of My Place. The second and last office building belonging to the multifunctional project developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów has become a new location for companies from different industries such as technology, finance, beauty and creative sector i.e. marketing and advertising. KAN, ArsThanea, Synektik, Networks! or Bozza have joined Echo's list of tenants.

Echo Investment finalised the acquisition of a majority stake in Wrocław-based company Archicom, thus becoming the largest residential developer in Poland as the Echo-Archicom group.

In 2020, Echo Investment achieved a net profit of PLN 122 million, which was the result of hand over 1,505 apartments to clients, growth in value of the commercial projects under construction, as well as completed Resi4Rent projects.

Colliers has taken over the management of the second office building of the Moje Miejsce complex at 3 Dziekońskiego street in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The project was developed by Echo Investment. 

Institutional investors have acquired Echo Investment's bonds with a total value of PLN 195 million. The obtained funds will be allocated to the company's development, particularly in the promising residential sector.
