The process of accelerated book-building for Archicom shares has been completed, as a result of which Archicom, Echo Investment and DKR Investment, i.e. companies belonging to the Echo Investment Group, set the sales price of existing Archicom shares and the issue price of 10 million new series D and E shares at PLN 22 per piece. Archicom will use the funds obtained in this way primarily to intensify ​​land acquisitions for further investments.

Consolidation of the residential business, maintaining a high rental level in all completed Resi4Rent projects, starting new "destination" projects – this is a summary of the operational activities of Echo Investment Group in the first half of 2023. The Group's development plans are supported by a high cash balance of over PLN 662 million. 

Archicom has absorbed the residential development projects, the team of employees and the land bank of Echo Investment. The General Meetings of Shareholders of both companies have given their approval for the consolidation of their residential business. Following the completion of the transaction, Archicom is positioned as one of the largest residential developers in Poland, while Echo Investment is focused on commercial real estate, apartments for rent and mixed-use "destinations" projects. The company's share in Archicom's capital will total 89.30%.

Preliminary agreement regarding the consolidation of Echo Investment's and Archicom’s residential business, high level of cash amounting to PLN 778 million, PLN 11.5 million in net profit which was mainly the result of the revaluation of Resi4Rent projects and handing over to customers nearly 300 apartments – this is a brief summary of Q1 2023 results of Echo-Archicom Group.

Echo Investment's residential business will be integrated into Archicom in order to create a nationwide developer with bigger growth potential, synergies and a wider market presence. The change will clarify the structure of the Group, where Archicom will be the residential part and Echo Investment will focus on growing the commercial and PRS segments, as well as on creating mixed-use ‘destination’ projects.

Moje Miejsce II, which is the second office building of Echo Investment’s multifunctional project in Warsaw, was acquired by Trigea Real Estate Fund. The project is fully leased to tenants such as Tchibo or NetWorks and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with an 'Excellent' rating. The transaction amounted to nearly €45 million.

The Echo-Archicom Group closes the year 2022 with a strong cash position and further reduced the company's net debt. This is the result of selling seven office buildings worth nearly €320 million. In 2022, the Group generated a net profit of PLN 127 million attributable to shareholders of the parent company, which was mainly the outcome of handing over to customers 2,168 apartments for sale and rent built by Echo Investment and Archicom, as well as an increase in the value of office buildings and apartments for rent.

The Echo-Archicom 2030 strategy is to follow a road map that lays out year by year how both companies are to decarbonize through zero-emission developments while further increasing the role of greenery in the group’s projects and supporting appropriate city development. The developers also intend to provide their employees with equal career and training opportunities, maximize construction site safety and strengthen its corporate governance.

Fuzja is the first Łódź location of CitySpace, an operator of flexible office space. The concept, owned by Echo Investment, will occupy an office building on the site of the former Karol Scheibler plant, where the Fuzja mixed-use project is currently under construction. The location encompassing the entire office building on an exclusive basis is new to CitySpace. MIXD studio is responsible for the interior design. The opening is scheduled for May 2023.

Echo Investment and AFI Europe presented their new, refreshed project of a large mixed-use investment in the very centre of Warsaw, in a quarter bounded by the streets of Towarowa, Pańska and Miedziana. In this location, offices and apartments for sale and rent are to be created as well as restaurants and service outlet units. The remaining industrial infrastructure in Wola is to be integrated into the Słowa Polskiego public park.
