PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. has expanded its warehouse at East Gate Business Park in Fót, near Budapest, increasing its floor area from 8,000 to 11,200 sqm. The expansion, which represents a 40 percent increase in capacity, brings total storage to 17,000 pallet positions. The facility is part of the portfolio managed by WING Industrial, a sub-brand of Hungarian real estate group WING.
The enlarged space is designed to strengthen operational reliability, temperature control, traceability and inventory capacity, requirements of particular importance in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution.
"Tenants today are looking for logistics solutions that can be adapted quickly, operate reliably and grow together with their business. The expansion of PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. in Fót reflects exactly this market need," said Zsófia Korda, Head of WING Industrial.
The development is consistent with WING Industrial's strategy of long-term tenant partnerships. In the first half of 2026, the company leased close to 70,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space, 60 percent of which came from new lease agreements. East Gate Business Park is situated at the intersection of the M0, M2 and M3 motorways, offering connections to Budapest, the national road network and international transport corridors.
