Czech investment group Enern and Lincoln Property Company, an American company operating in the European market including Slovakia, have started construction of a new office project in Warsaw called The FORM. The project was purchased by the new owners in 2021 from Penta Real Estate. Its financing includes recently issued bonds worth €30 million with an annual coupon of six and a half percent, which are managed and secured by J&T Bank. The bonds are listed and traded on the Bratislava Stock Exchange, trend.sk reports.

YIT is the new owner of the Kuta Centrum office complex in Prague 4. In the future, the complex, renamed YIT Office Centrum, should be transformed into a residential complex, the CEO of YIT told online daily newstream.cz.

The latest plan by the Czech Ministry of Regional Development is to increase the parking capacity of new projects and tighten conditions for developers. It has presented its proposal to adjust the conditions for building parking in the Czech Republic, which experts say will increase housing prices, according to the online daily Seznamzprávy.cz.

Panattoni has been granted a €27.5 million loan by Berlin Hyp to finance a distribution centre in Zakroczym developed for Action. The centre, which is to supply 160 stores from the chain and employ around 300 people, was constructed as a BTS (built-to-suit) development.

Bratislava's socialist hotel will be transformed into a multifunctional building with office space and apartments. PSN is opening up the brownfield site in Plynárenská Street in Brno to the public, which is being transformed into the "Brno Jedna" project. The company plans to organise small cultural and social events in the area, as well as the possibility of private renting of space. The developer is also leasing the existing office space, which is currently 60% occupied. Construction, which will include both apartments and new commercial units, will begin after all necessary permits have been processed. The approval process is expected to start this year. In ten years since entering the Karlovy Vary Region, Accolade Group has invested in a total of nearly 300,000 sqm of production, e-commerce and logistics space. The value of completed and handed-over projects exceeds €316 million and properties worth approximately €380 million are currently under construction. CTP is launching another industrial and logistics complex in the Mazovia region in Poland. The developer will develop two cross-dock facilities in Emilianów with a total leasable area of nearly 102,500 sqm. The investor has already received a building permit for the first phase of the investment. Its commissioning is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2024.

Construction of one of the largest logistics projects in Croatia is entering its next phase. Development company RC Europe Group from the Czech Republic has started construction work on the RC Zone Samobor project in the Bobovica economic zone. The total land area of 170,000 sqm will feature an 86,000 sqm warehouse facility intended for leasing. In line with the tenants’ requirements, the space in the future logistics park can be used for storage, production, or office operations.
