Enern and Lincoln Property to build offices in Warsaw

Czech investment group Enern and Lincoln Property Company, an American company operating in the European market including Slovakia, have started construction of a new office project in Warsaw called The FORM. The project was purchased by the new owners in 2021 from Penta Real Estate. Its financing includes recently issued bonds worth €30 million with an annual coupon of six and a half percent, which are managed and secured by J&T Bank. The bonds are listed and traded on the Bratislava Stock Exchange, trend.sk reports.

PSN to turn Brno brownfield site into multifunctional complex

PSN is opening up the brownfield site in Plynárenská Street in Brno to the public, which is being transformed into the "Brno Jedna" project. CTP launches new project in Mazovia

Czech developer RC Europe builds logistics hall in Croatia

Construction of one of the largest logistics projects in Croatia is entering its next phase. Development company RC Europe Group from the Czech Republic has started construction work on the RC Zone Samobor project in the Bobovica economic zone. The total land area of 170,000 sqm will feature an 86,000 sqm warehouse facility intended for leasing. In line with the tenants’ requirements, the space in the future logistics park can be used for storage, production, or office operations.

New leases

  • Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
  • Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
  • Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
