Penta Real Estate has begun construction works on a new office building in Bratislava‘s Chalupkova zone at the beginning of December, ASB reports.
The high-rise building will be located on a triangular plot along Mlynské nivy Street and will provide 18,500 sqm of office space to lease and 1,000 sqm for retail.
The Prague office of Jakub Cígler Architekti is behind the design of the building's facade, with whom the developer is fine-tuning the last details before revealing the project to the public.
Later, as part of the second phase of construction, the building will be expanded by an additional 14,000 sqm of office space and 800 sqm of retail space.
